       CapSU-Dumarao, headed by Dr. Teresita Oducado, in cooperation with University Chaplain Rev. Fr. Arthur Adricula, initiated the Ambit Station with its banner theme, "Magpa-ambit Suno sa Masarangan kag Mag-ambit Suno sa Kinahalangnan" today, May 18, 2021.      The said station offered free dry goods and other basic commodities such as rice, sugar, and others to Aetas of Bry. Aglalana. This is to augment the recipients day-to-day basic needs struggles in this time of pandemic. Ambit is a hiligaynon term which means to receive. The said initiative was also participated by the University President – Dr. Editha C. Alfon, faculty and staff and student organizations.

    The faculty and students of Capiz State University Dumarao Satellite College joined the Students' Congress 2021 last April 30, 2021 via the Zoom and  Facebook Live platforms. The activity, which was attended by thousands of respresentatives from the different schools in the region, was facilitated and organized by the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE VI).    The virtual program with the theme "PADAYON: Pre-service Teachers Engagement Finding Meaning in the New Normal" aims to provide personal and professional support for the development of pre-service and in-service teachers in the region.
