New Learning Strategies for S.Y. 2020-2021
As face-to-face teaching delivery as of the moment is not allowed due to the novel corona virus, Department of Education Secretary Leonora Briones proposed the Blended and Distant Learning for school year 2020-2021, which has gotten a go signal from President Rodrigo Duterte. Briones, on her talk during the (IATF-EID) meeting, clarified and assured that she still stands on the matter of health and the safety of the learners as well as the school faculties. “We can provide learning opportunities to our learners without them having to go to school, and this we can do through what is described as ‘blended and distant’ learning”, Briones stated.
