April 11,2022- Capiz State University Dumarao Satellite College welcomes Rev. Father Robel G. Gicole, the new University Chaplain. Faculty and staff warmly welcome him.This is the first mass he has celebrated in the College.ww

Gicole was just ordained last March 22, and assumed the seat as new Chaplain effective April 1, 2022.
