New set of servant leaders takes oath
The newly elected officers of the school’s local and provincial government, together with the academic and non-academic student organizations, cultivated the value of willingness to serve by accepting the challenge of upholding the CapSUnian way of leadership, as they formally took oath as student leaders for the school year 2021-2022.
Headed by Mrs. Jezel S. Apocero, CapSU Dumarao’s OSA Chair, the said event was successfully conducted last October 11, 2021, and was held virtually via Zoom.
Dr. Marie Jean Penson, OIC Satellite College Director and Inducting Officer, congratulated the inductees in her opening remarks. She also emphasized that leaders should have a sense of responsibility and accountability, and she trusts that each member of the student body would be able to fulfill the duties that comes with their respective positions. As everyone else, Dr. Penson expects the set of organizations to be able to contribute for a better learning environment in Capiz State University Dumarao Satellite College.

Right after the closing remarks of Mrs. Joy Silvino, SSC Adviser, the event concluded with a photo op participated by the facilitators and inductees.
