TED announces acquaintance contests winners

The annual acquaintance party aims allows the upperclassmen to welcome new students in the college, a time to mingle and acquaint themselves with one another. And this time, due to limited face-to-face interactions, the event was held virtually last October 17, 2021 with the theme "UNITY AMIDST PANDEMIC, A BRIDGE TOWARDS TED STUDENTS EXCELLENCE".


Prior to the said event, the TED student officers and faculty gathered students to participate in various contests. This is to provide a myriad of opportunities for students and become a platform for them to demonstrate their talent and skills.

The contests were: essay writing, photojournalism, poster making, and video presentation. The contestants were given a week to prepare for their pieces and presentations and were given a deadline a week before the event took place.
