50 FARMER BENEFICIARIES RECEIVE  A     FAMILY OF DNC 

Fifty farmer beneficiaries  from the municipality of Dao, Capiz received a family of Darag Native Chicken on December 28, 2021 under the YRRP Program of Department of Agriculture through CAPSU BURIAS headed by Mr. Rodriz Loja, Project Leader with Mr. Roger Escleto (Municipal Agriculture Officer) in partnership with Dr. Maryneth Barrios, Project Leader of the Native Chicken Value chain project of DOST PCAARRD.

The said farmer beneficiaries are targeted to be  the  suppliers of Native Chicken in the Region in support to the project "Enhancing the Agri- Aqua Food Value Chain through Smart Technologies and Partnerships towards Food Resiliency in the New Normal in Region 6."
