FLP Local Agri-Related Work Conference 2019

CapSU Dumarao Satellite College – The 2nd FLP Local Agri-Related Conference 2019 with the theme “FLP shaping millennial empires for Global Economy through innovative Agricultural and Technological Leadership” took place last November 06, 2019 at the Meriam Defensor Santiago Hall.

Prior to the said program , a parade was organized by the school faculties and student leaders. Ms. Ness Marie Secretario, CapSU Dumarao FLP Adviser, gave her welcoming words to mark the start of the event. FLP President, Mr. Martin Basco, also lead a dance presentation together with his associates.

Various activities and contests took place, participated by the selected students from different Departments. The winners are as follows:
Edyn Suela (Agriculture) – Champion, Extemporaneous Speaking
Christian Telesforo (Teacher Ed) – Champion, Vocal Solo Pop
Twinkle May Venus and Hanna Mae Duran (VetMed) – Champions, Vocal Duet
Teacher Education Department – Champion, Hip-Hop Dance Competition
Cristelyn Mae Villance (Criminology) – Champion, Poster and Slogan Making
Mae Ann Fuentes (VetMed) – Champion, Infomercial
John Paul Rabin (Teacher Ed) – Champion, Battle of the Brains
Verlyn Talangon (Agriculture) – Champion, Identification of farm seeds
Renato Gonzales (Agriculture) – Champion, Fertilizer Competition
John Mark Leonardo (Agriculture) – Champion, Farm Weeds Competition

The winners of the event will represent CapSU Dumarao Satellite College in the upcoming 12th FLP Agri-Related Regional Conference to be held in Sagay, Negros Occidental on March, 2020.
